The Dangers of My Space

There was an article in the NY Times on Nov. 28th about a 13 year-old girl who killed herself after she thought her online boyfriend dumped her. Turns out the boyfriend never existed, the mother of one of the girl’s friends made him up. Read the article and anwer the following questions in your blog:

1. What was the article about?

2. Do you think Lori Drew should be in jail? Why or why not?

3. What can be done to prevent things like this from happening?

    This good way to let parents know the dangers of myspace . And for kids to kbe safe , kids should learn not talk to stangers and meet people they dont know.
